The Darkest Moments
My Yoga Journey
After a life-altering accident, I found myself on a path of recovery, resilience, and ultimately, transformation. My journey began with a devastating injury that left me bedridden for four months, forcing me to relearn the simplest of tasks – walking.
Finding Solace in Yoga
It was during this darkest of times that my doctor recommended I try yoga, under proper observation. I was skeptical at first, but desperate for a solution. As I began to practice yoga, I started to notice subtle yet profound shifts in my physical and mental well-being.
From Student to Teacher
Yoga became my sanctuary, my safe haven. It helped me heal, not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally. As I delved deeper into the practice, I became fascinated by its transformative power. This fascination sparked a desire within me to share yoga with others, to help them find the same solace and healing that I had.
The Yoga Teacher
And so my journey as a certified yoga teacher began. I embarked on a rigorous training program, deepening my understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodologies. Today, I am proud to share my knowledge and passion for yoga with students from all walks of life.
If you're seeking a holistic approach to wellness, a way to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit, then join me on this journey. Let's explore the transformative power of yoga together.
Professional Yoga Training
With years of personal yoga practice, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga. My journey began through overcoming pain, recovery, and self-healing, deepening my commitment to the practice. While personal practice is key to understanding yoga, teaching requires professional training. I completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training at Chaitanya Yoga Foundation in India and a 10-day residential Vipassana Meditation course, both of which enriched my knowledge. For over a year, I’ve been teaching yoga in Switzerland, helping others find balance, strength, and healing. My approach combines physical postures with mindfulness, empowering students on their own journey of growth.
