What is Yoga with Jaya

"Yoga with Jaya" is where I share my passion for yoga with others. After practicing for many years in India and training at a renowned institute, I discovered the joy of teaching and guiding students. The feedback I receive, with students sharing how yoga has improved their physical and mental well-being, is the most rewarding part of my journey. Since moving to Switzerland, I've continued teaching, experiencing great results and building meaningful friendships. I now offer private, personalized yoga classes at my home studio or at students' locations, depending on the agreement. My focus is to help students find balance, strength, and inner peace. – Jaya
